At Steve Willshaw Consulting, I believe that everyone has the potential to be a leader. I offer coaching programmes which help leaders and managers to clarify and achieve their aims. As an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach I use a wide range of approaches to help you see yourself and your situation more clearly. I then work with you to build a practical action plan and help you to create and record the steps you take towards achieving your goals. My coaching is solutions-focussed and goal-orientated, with a clear emphasis on demonstrating a positive return on investment.
I am an associate of the award winning company, New Level Results, and use their unique software programme, The Curve, to support my coaching work. I am also trained to provide clients with support using two specific tools:
Functional Fluency and the Temple Index of Functional Fluency
Motivation Buttons
I incorporate these tools into my coaching following careful discussion with the client. The numerical results packs of both tools help to provide a very clear improvement focus for clients.
The tools I use can be part of an individual coaching programme or team development work. I am working on the creation of a Functional Fluency team scan which will be invaluable to teams looking to boost their effectiveness. As a member of the New Level Results coaching network I can discuss large scale coaching requirements with businesses and institutions.
