About Me

I am a trauma-informed coach who helps people break free from toxic patterns, heal childhood trauma and deep emotional wounds, and reconnect with their authentic self. My work is grounded in both lived experience and years of study, but also in necessity—because when I turned to the mental health system, I couldn’t find the relief or transformation I desperately needed. Out of that struggle, I created the Consciously Healing Method, a framework that has helped many people experience real breakthroughs where traditional methods often fall short.

My coaching specializes in guiding people through the effects of narcissistic abuse, codependency, toxic shame, unresolved grief, complex PTSD (CPTSD), anxiety, and depression. These struggles are often rooted in unhealed trauma, leaving people feeling confused, stuck, and disconnected from themselves. My method integrates reflection, imagination, and conscious awareness in a structured way, allowing clients to release old patterns and step into clarity, strength, and freedom.

I know what it feels like to live under the weight of trauma-related symptoms such as self-doubt, shame, and feeling “not enough.” That lived experience allows me to meet clients with deep empathy and without judgment. I offer a safe and supportive space where people are seen, heard, and understood—not “fixed.” The focus is always on guiding each person back to the truth of who they already are beneath the wounds.

Over time, I’ve witnessed clients reclaim their self-worth, set healthy boundaries, and begin living lives with more authenticity and empowerment. At its heart, my work is about showing people that healing is possible—even when systems fail, even when hope feels lost.
