Dear Sir/Madam,
I have developed organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement and increased other revenue from $5 million to $10 million within 2 years.

• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
• Developed financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans.
• Report financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.
• Recently completed accusation of a tank repair plant and integration of their financial systems with group financial system.

Prior to my current position, I have worked as a controller for a global engineering and manufacturing company specializing in oil & Gas and chemical industries for US , Brazil, Mexico and Canada operation. I have over 20 years of accounting and finance experience that include over 12 years as controller. In addition to my experience with US and Canadian GAAP, I do have international experience in financial management in Brazil, Mexico, Kenya and Tanzania (East Africa). I have experience in conversion of various ERP systems especially Great Plains, Agresso, Syteline and Real Monitor.
