About Me

I am an experienced Coach, internationally credentialed as PCC-ICF, SP-EMCC, MGSCC, MGLOF. I have successfully coached Senior and Emerging Leaders and women Leaders across Industries and specializations.

I have helped a number of individuals both men and women, during their career transition and life crisis. My focus is to be there for you and help put you on the path to success and also help you overcome your current stumbling difficulties.

I help organizations develop more efficient and collaborative Teams for improved performance, efficiency and reduced attrition.

I have over 3 decades of Senior Leadership experience Leading Local as well as Global Teams, across various industries, functions and roles and understand the intricacies of office and organizational dynamics.

I am father to three brilliant daughters who are confident professionals in their own rights. I am also husband to a bright, caring and professionally adept woman who is my better-half.

I have had the privilege of having worked closely with and reported to some brilliant women leaders from whom I have learned much.

My real world exposure includes working in a start-up, successfully leading people under conditions of extreme stress, being the only individual in the 80 year history of an MNC to get a single 5 level promotion jump and the responsibility to start from scratch a global vertical.

I have also had the privilege of being the Liaison Officer to the Late Prime Minister Shri Rajeev Gandhi and representing India with multiple countries for shared interests.

Academically I have a BSc in Biochemistry, MSc in Def & Strategic Studies, MSc in Underwater Sound Propagation, Black Belt in Six Sigma, Executive MBA from XLRI, Post Graduate Diploma in Shipping & Logistics,
