Sue Das Strathroy, Ontario
BA, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, Bachelor of Social Science (Social Work)
I’ve been where you are – stressed, juggling too much, expectations too high, health suffering, relationships not where you want them to be, no time to breathe. I’ve spent the last twenty years on a personal growth journey finding ways to calm worry and stress, learning to set healthy boundaries, practice self-compassion and courage, discovering the benefits of prioritizing, delegating, and letting go. I’ve learned tools to quieten the inner criticism and pause in the middle of it all to make sure my choices are the right ones to take me forward.
My Stressed to Refreshed coaching + mental fitness program will give you the calm, clear-headed, action-focused help that will change things. Decreasing stress is where we’ll begin. I’ll teach you simple and quick techniques that fit into your busy life that will help you find calm in the middle of the craziness. We’ll tailor our sessions so that you get what you need.
My background in social work has taught me to understand the importance of context, to see beyond the surface and pass those insights along to you. My certification through the Co-Active Training Institute has given me the ability to adapt and adjust – a coaching style based on whatever is most pressing to you, so that you’ll feel immediate relief and walk away with a plan. Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness training has given me practical science and research-based tools I can share to decrease stress, build new healthy thought patterns, and improve positive emotions. These tools build the muscle to sustain change.
As a certified International Coach Federation practitioner, I am bound by and committed to the ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice set out by the organization so that you know you’ll receive excellent coaching. I want to use my experience, training, and skill to help you live with less stress and regret, and make sure your life is full of all the right things.

I have struggled to move forward and be successful in several areas of my life. I tried counselling but I found issues were skirted around and never dealt with. Sue was able to not only help me move forward but deal with very tough stuff. She listens exceptionally well, identifies the challenge holding me back, then guides me through to reaching my goals. Her intuition, gentleness and humour were not only helpful but life changing. Sue helped me to find my courage, boldness and voice. I highly recommend Sue! Amazing coach!Bev

During my time working with Sue, I learned a lot about myself and some unconscious behaviours I was holding onto. She helped me to get clear on my goals, in a supportive way. Sue is a very empathic listener. I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts with her; she was a great support system for me. I highly recommend her as a coach.Allison
Sue has a unique gift for asking exceptionally thought-provoking and poignant questions to help you to think deeply about yourself and uncover either long forgotten traits or find ones you didnt know you had. Through our conversations, we have done work that has helped me develop strategies to deal with the anxiety that has stopped me from living a full life. Tracey, teacherTracey
