About Me

For the last 7 years I have been mentored and coached intensively and continue to do so. For anyone to mentor and coach others, I feel it's crucial to be a mentee and know what it's like to be in your shoes. I support people to develop and follow through on their plans to build their lives, their careers and businesses. I work based on fundamental principles to develop people physically, emotionally, mentally and with their overall sense of purpose in life, but my approach with each client is unique to that individual. What this allows me to do is be flexible to ensure that the person I am working with can follow through on their goals and aspirations. Whether that is having a clear direction in life, starting a business, leading a team at work or just developing a personal development plan to get your life on the right track!

I often find that personal development can get very serious and very heavy. So when I work with someone, I want them to feel that sense of fun and adventure about building their life and enjoying the process, not just the ends.
