About Me

In 2009, at the age of 24, I graduated from university. I did not know where I was going in life and I needed direction. I didn't realise how much I needed the guidance, the support, the care of mentors, counsellors and guides. Least of all an honest sense of family and community.

Since 2009, I have been on an ongoing journey of finding my voice, where I'd spent so much of my life nervous, anxious, afraid, finding my voice is actually discovering the value I have in myself and the value I can give to others. That's why as a Partner of Lighthouse International, my work focuses on enabling people, especially young adults, to get the help and guidance they need, to face and overcome the biggest challenges life will present to them.

As a Christian, I am realising and learning more every day that I am not the centre of the universe, that I have a growing responsibility and a duty to look after the needs of others. I need help though, whatever your belief system, I need help to serve. I know very little and can do very little by myself. If you feel the need to take more responsibility in the world. Preventing suicide, depression and loneliness are critical areas I need to address and I'm constantly researching to learn more.
