I am a warm, personable and approachable coach. My style of coaching focuses on getting to the core concern for my clients and drawing out their potential. Awareness and desire for change is key to the success of a coaching partnership and I strive to highlight that early in the coaching program. I work closely with individuals to empower change, whether its in a new career direction or validation and building on where they are in their career. My coaching technique comes from a blend of direct corporate experience and professional training. I have a background in global marketing and business development and I have lived in London, Hong Kong and Singapore.
As well as 121 career coaching I am also a corporate freelance Coach and trainer for finance and technology organisations which keeps me aligned with the corporate world. I am also closely associated with a social enterprise company coaching women back into the workplace after taking a career break.
My passion for coaching comes from the opportunity to witness people take a deliberate and often exciting step in a direction of their own choice.
Although my coaching style is casual, there is a structure to ensure focus on the key goal. Coaching sessions are likely to include:
