About Me

I’m a PCC-certified executive and leadership coach with over 10 years of experience helping professionals and senior leaders build confidence, clarity, and direction in their work and life. I coach global business leaders at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and work privately with individuals and organisations seeking purposeful growth.

Previously, I was an in-house leadership and transformation coach at Schroders, supporting senior teams through cultural change and organisational transitions. I bring both corporate insight and a calm, grounded presence that helps clients see more clearly and take confident action.
