That's why I have a passion to see you feel on fire for your personal mission, whatever that is for this season of your life, and to see you take that mission to the next level! I want to connect with you and help you get clear about your next steps towards finding or fulfilling that unique purpose for which you were created.

Because of my backgrounds as both a mental health counselor and a horse trainer, I believe that both your inner experience of life and your outer impact on the world can all be limited or enhanced by your physical health, relationships, actions/habits, and resources as well as your mindset and psychology. So I seek to work in any areas that may need it.

Because I know how important it is to find a good fit, I give the first hour free! I want to get a better understanding of your unique challenges and concerns and help you get clear on what your next steps are, whether that's reading a book or another resource or coaching with me or someone else.
