About Me

I’m a Psychologist with a Master’s degree and more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals, parents, and families through different stages and transitions in life.
I offer coaching in both English and Spanish, with a special interest in supporting Spanish-speaking and Hispanic-background clients.
My coaching philosophy is simple: you don’t have to have everything figured out before taking the next step. Sometimes, having someone who listens without judgment, helps you organize your thoughts, and asks the right questions can make it easier to see possibilities and move forward.
My approach is warm, practical, and personalized. I help clients gain clarity about what they want, identify their priorities, set realistic goals, and create manageable steps that fit their everyday lives. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all formula, I believe in working together to find what makes sense for each person and their circumstances. My background in psychology and education allows me to bring a thoughtful understanding of people and family dynamics to the coaching process, while keeping the focus on your present goals and the changes you want to make.
