Hello, I like to say I am born in a suitcase, born expat in Paris France, german mum/polish dad. Originaly a food technologist, nutritionist, professional taster. A world traveler and citizen, horse lover, I am passionate about human relationships and communication, empowering people to express their best potential with the help of personal development, neuro sciences, nutrition and other inspiring tools.

Looking at a situation with a general view and an attention to the details as well, under different angles, learning to identify our emotions ( which drive our lives ) and switch them into inspiring stepping stones.
