About Me

  I have been practicing Counselling and Healing work since last 20 years Globally. As a  trained mental health expert, I specialize in  anxiety disorders, managing fears, phobias, anger , stress, depression, low self esteem , relationship counselling , grief & loss , goal motivation, etc.
I offer  holistic and spiritual counselling  using more than 14 alternative healing modalities such as Reiki, Mindfulness meditations NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy, chakra healing etc that helps one to balance their energies and harmonize the 3 aspects of the self , Mind, Body & Spirit.  As one's emotional blocks are cleared with these holistic experiential processes, one is able to experience greater emotional freedom  to be who they truly  are ! One starts to live an authentic life and starts giving and receiving from their heart.

I have always enjoyed working with people and had a deep desire to help the underdog and make a difference in people's lives and make them see the immense power they truly hold behind the limiting beliefs, attitudes and victim mindsets !

I began searching for deeper truths of life and started meditating at the age of sixteen. I am an avid reader and particularly like autobiographies and self-empowerment books.
At the age of 30, I resigned from my corporate job and turned with passion towards manifesting my spiritual purpose in this lifetime and found the " Holistic Healing Centre" in 2006. I currently live in Dubai, but frequently travel to India & Australia for ongoing workshops & trainings.
