About Me

I am a mental wellness educator, anxiety coach, and the founder of Unveil Your Shine L.L.C. With advanced doctoral-level training in psychology, she specializes in anxiety reduction, trauma-informed care, and faith-based empowerment.

I have designed programs and courses that are easy to follow, deeply supportive, and grounded in evidence-based strategies. Through workshops, coaching, and self-paced materials, she helps individuals break free from anxiety, reclaim their confidence, and live with purpose. Her compassionate, real-world approach has impacted clients of all ages, from parents and teens to professionals and community leaders.

While I am not a licensed therapist, I bring over 15 years of hands-on experience, a Master’s in Psychology, advanced training in trauma-informed care, and a deep commitment to supporting those who feel unseen, unheard, or overwhelmed.

I’ve served youth, families, and incarcerated individuals. I’ve led programs, trained staff, and stood in the gap for those who needed more than a textbook answer. My work is grounded in empathy, evidence-based strategies, and lived understanding, not just credentials.

This is a space for real people, real growth, and real results. I walk with you, not above you, and I honor every step of your journey.
