You know, when you have a thing that you've been doing for so long but you never really thought about it, it just flowed out of you. Well that 'thing' was the natural life coach in me. I have received training, some formal and some informal but more than anything, I love helping people get what it is they desire out of life. I'm the one that family, friends and coworkers came to when they felt stuck or needed some help figuring things out. For me life coaching is about helping you connect with yourself. It is my role to empower you by helping you identify and embrace your own voice.
