Tanya Gutierrez is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee and Life Coach. She applies a humanistic perspective in therapy by using empathy and acceptance to help individuals fulfill their potential and maximize their well-being. Tanya uses a variety of approaches including behavioral, cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and solution-focused approaches. She is open to working with multiple populations including adults, families, couples, children, and individuals.
