About Me

I understand wanting to run away from the demands and feel like nothing you do is ever good enough.

I know what it’s like to use all your mental energy, to want to curl up and cry.

Your mind is stressed to the max, swirling with a million thoughts.

Life felt like a burden day to day, not even knowing who I had become

... knowing there had to be a better way to handle life

... knowing my overreacting was only making every situation worse.

I knew that I wanted to be a better example for my children of how to handle life.

I wanted to show them that life was meant to be enjoyed, not endured.

I was tired of being numbed out on medication that wasn’t actually fixing the problems anyways

… just moving forward, waiting for the next volcano eruption to deal with.

At some point I knew it had to end,
I reached out to a life coach, not knowing what I was getting into but knowing something had to change.

Through our work I was supported to:

* Create a path forward, designing the future I wanted

* Learn how to process my thoughts instead of pushing them down

* Explore holistic strategies to feel less stressed

I was so inspired by the changes I saw in my own life and as a domino effect, in the lives of my children and coworkers, that I decided to become a life coach.
