About Me

I am a Career and Leadership Coach with an engineering background and over 10 years of experience across four continents working for McKinsey & Company and in Corporate Strategy within tech start-ups.

At the start of my career, I often found myself making choices that seemed "right" based on what society expected. But deep down, I struggled with a lack of purpose and found it hard to balance my work and personal life. Even after earning my MBA from INSEAD, moving across countries, and switching industries, that feeling of frustration didn’t go away.

When I became a mom, it became clear that the career I’d built wasn’t allowing me to be the kind of mother I wanted to be. After a coaching journey to rediscover my purpose, I realized I wanted to use my time, experience, and knowledge to help others facing similar struggles.
