About Me

I first qualified as a life coach in 2021 and last year received my third certificate for completing an advanced coaching course. Coaching is my life purpose. I was first drawn to it because of the relationship with my sister, who suffered from mental health issues. I was her main support in the last few years before she died. My past professional background includes being a social worker in London, UK, building a successful property management business and part of a management team running over 40 personal growth seminars. I have spent my life in the pursuit of spirituality, which has brought me to a place of peace and inner acceptance. At this point in my life, having witnessed how much my client's lives change with the right support, I offer coaching at a very low price.
