About Me

You want better for yourself and in your life. I know how you feel. I remember when I had nothing more than a glimpse of what might be possible if I got my 'stuff' together. I remember feeling like, "I think there is more to life than this!?" I've faced a lot in life. Caregiving, Bankruptcy, Death, Violence, Serious Medical Diagnosis, Entrepreneurship, Success, Breakthroughs, and more. I bet you've faced a lot of stuff in life too.

I was born and raised in California, then moved to the rural communities of northern Washington State. Now I reside on the East Coast, in Maryland.

My style is warm and calm, but with a wicked sense of humor that surfaces in the most hilarious ways. I'm light but direct, and I'm unafraid of the deepest, darkest conversations. Together we can turn everything you've experienced and learned into a path to your better life, your better self. You deserve to have more of what you love. You can be better, do better, and HAVE better.

I learned how to facilitate this kind of transformational change over the 20 years of study, spanning close to 3,000 hours of coaching experience and training, and I'm ready to bring all I have to support you!

I love wine, coffee, science fiction, my dog, my family, and my life. It's my mission and my calling to help others love their lives too!

I teach Ethics and Conduct for Professional Coaches, and I'm on the certification team for a major coaching organization - I love and believe in all that coaching can do, and I strive to deliver the very best of it there is.
