I put my trust into Terry\'s expertise and was able - with her coaching, and my openness - to find the root of one of my behaviors that has disabled me from being my true self... and being true to myself. She has a gift that makes me continuously think about me and my actions, what I want out of my life, and tools on how to achieve my goals and true happiness. Terry has reminded me there is no external beauty without internal happiness and peace with who you are. I am very grateful to the tools and gift of a new life she has given me...

I had never thought about having a life coach, but when I met Terry I felt that there was a great opportunity before me. Terry is energetic and conveys a take-charge attitude. She helped me break down my goal into tangible steps and pushed me past the obstacles I was creating for myself. I didn’t realize how much fear and apprehension were preventing me from making productive strides towards my goals. As a co-owner of a local nutrition consultation company, Origin Nutrition, my problem was not finding passion for what I do or translating that to my clients. It was that the idea of introducing what I do to a potential client in a way that shows how simple and life changing eating well is. Terry helped me find the words to convey what it is that makes Origin unique and rewarding- so much more than just another dreaded diet. I will carry her advice with me as an arsenal against each obstacle I face. I am so grateful that through her coaching l found the dialogue that will ultimately help me help others.
