About Me

For the past 25 years Terry L. Buzzard Jr. has helped mid-size and large businesses optimize their sales, leadership, and operations teams. A lifelong entrepreneur, Terry, is a frequent association and industry speaker on leadership, team development, and sales mentorship. He believes leadership and execution whether in sales, operations, human resources or other areas of administration is the result of mentoring people so that their reach exceeds their grasp.

A graduate of the University of North Texas with his BBA in Marketing and Professional B2B Selling, he is currently preparing for certification as an executive coach and attends the University of Texas-Dallas for his MS in Leadership and Organizational Development with a concentration in Executive Coaching. Terry has an intense curiosity, and a true servant-leader mindset. He enjoys the adventures his clients embark on in pursuit of their own growth.
