About Me

Late diagnosed Autistic and ADHD, psychology geek with a love for depth, born to observe and understand the world. When I finally learned I was neurodivergent and got diagnosed, I was shocked by how little most mental health professionals understood about ADHD, autism, and other neurotypes. I had to push through stereotypes, outdated ideas, and misinformation—advocating for myself every step of the way.

It shouldn’t be this hard. That’s why I went back to school to train as a coach and counsellor: to support people like me who’ve been misunderstood, even by well-meaning professionals. I’m committed to ongoing learning, grounded in science and lived experience.

I believe in honesty, I support authenticity and I strive for meaningfulness. I care about making sense, making room, and making peace with who we are. I’ve spent years unlearning who I was told to be and lived through 3 burnouts to feel safe to become who I truly am. I know how tough it is to live in a world not built for your brain. But I also know that with the right support, things can change. I’m here to help you find clarity, balance, and your own way forward.
