Thomas Clay is an Executive Coach whose primary clients include senior leaders in multinational companies operating in South East Asia. Thomas’ background is in investment banking where he built and led teams supporting capital markets trading. He has extensive cross-cultural leadership experience having lived and worked in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Thomas is also an entrepreneur and co-founded a small import/export company in Singapore, which he and his partners ran for several years. He also served as General Manager of Sales and Customer Relations for a small software company in Singapore.
He is an avid language learner in his spare time and speaks fluent Spanish and German, as well as conversational Arabic and Chinese. Thomas is married and lives in Singapore with his family.

Through only 4 coaching sessions with Tom over the course of two months, I was able to reach my goal.
