As a John Maxwell certified coach, teacher, and speaker I can offer seminars, workshops, and coaching to assist in personal and professional growth by way of study and practical application of John Maxwell's proven leadership methods. Through partnership, I will move you and your team/organization in a desired direction to reach your goals. My focus is on providing leadership and communication training and coaching for professionals who are looking to overcome obstacles and ultimately achieve long term success. I'm retired from The Department of the Maryland State Police. I have a Bachelor's degree in Leadership and Organization and possess over 20 years of mentoring, coaching, and speaking to include three years as an Associate Pastor, seven years as Senior Pastor and a mentor in Charlotte Middle and High Schools. I've also coached Pop Warner and Middle school football. Most of all, I have a passion for helping people to reach their potential.
