About Me

As a lifelong seeker of truth, I understand how isolating and frustrating it can be to feel disconnected from your deepest self.

Spirituality can mean something different to each person. In our coaching sessions, I help you explore what spirituality means to you and your relationship with it. No matter what your spiritual orientation is, I will help you navigate your unique journey with curiosity and an open heart.

Through my business, Lifted Being, I help people discover their true authentic self and experience a greater sense of wholeness.
