I was one of those people that kept telling myself that life would eventually slow down, and THEN would I be able to take control of my health. I'd recently gained 20 pounds in just a few months, was stressed out at work and at home, and couldn't figure out how to get my life under control. I've always held myself to high standards, and the struggle really weighed on me psychologically and emotionally. Luckily, a friend introduced me to Tiffany! I shared my struggles with her and leveraging her medical knowledge and past experience as a personal trainer, she helped me to completely reshape my life. I've cut fat, put on muscle, found a new job that came with a 45% pay increase, greatly improved my sleep habits, and reduced my stress x10. I'm now proud of who I am and the life that I live and have maintained the knowledge and practices I learned over the long term. THANKS, TIFFANY!
