Tina has been tremendously insightful in terms of deconstructing my big goals and top priorities, especially with the tense environment and circumstances in Lebanon. Her help has been all about working on what I had the control to change; It was all about thinking out of the box. She’s been extremely supportive and present. Her wisdom on life as a whole has been such an advantage in our exchanges. I am grateful to have worked with such an amazing coach. I recommend Tina’s services to anyone who has big dreams and goals. You won’t regret it.

I have worked with Tina for over a year now and it has been a delight to be coached by her regularly. Tina is warm and approachable, and her empathetic yet insightful way of communicating allows for some significant moments of awareness and realisation during our coaching sessions. Tina’s been working with me on a few major shifts in my personal life and professional life. I have to say we have had breakthroughs that I didn’t think I was able to achieve in a short period of time. I have known Tina Jarrous as a coach for a few years and have been coached by her over many sessions. She is an excellent coach with a heart of gold. She is a good listener, gentle in her ways and really empathetic towards her clients.
