About Me

I am a Professional Certified Coach with the ICF and a leadership trainer, specializing in intercultural competency. I lived and trained leaders cross-culturally for more than three decades, and now I use the skills I learned to survive in diverse cultures to help leaders manage their increasingly diverse workforce.

Communication is at the heart of good leadership. Effective and clear communication is almost impossible, if we don't see and appreciate the varied preferences of those we lead. So, we explore personal preferences and how they shape leadership behaviours and communication. And we explore ways to better appreciate the preferences of those we lead.

I launched Coaching Cultures LLC to offer training and coaching in communication and intercultural intelligence. We also offer the Culture Talk Tool and work with teams to increase their collaboration and effectiveness.
