About Me

With extensive experience in organizational leadership, business management, and executive roles, I've helped senior leaders, executives and professionals across diverse organizations to unlock their potential and create meaningful impact for lasting success. My expertise covers leadership, coaching, team development, conflict management, communication, and influence.

I specialize in coaching executives and mid-senior leaders, and help clients to carefully consider their future through asking probing and practical questions, offering a safe space where they can talk without judgment.

I hold Graduate Certificates in Executive Coaching and Advanced Coaching Practices from Royal Roads University with advanced studies in Team Coaching and Organizational Culture. I am also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and a certified practitioner of Everything DiSC, and Pursuit Values Operating System. My education also includes an Honors Bachelor of Commerce Degree and Honors Bachelor of Music degree.

Outside of my coaching work, I am also a husband, father, and musician. I value family and understand the challenges of balancing a demanding profession and personal life. It is my goal to guide others through a journey in which they can find their meaningful purpose while enjoying the things they love.
