About Me

Over the past few years, I have helped people with general life challenges, but I see myself more as a career transition coach, and a career coach in a broader sense. That inspires me deeply. I enjoy helping my clients see the big picture and supporting them in gaining new insights that enable them to improve their quality of life.

In 2023, I was searching for a school where I could educate myself to be able to contribute positively to society, something to level down the negative side of the good-bad scale. I graduated from Elevate School in Zagreb, a school licensed by EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council, European Quality Award – EQA Foundation). The learning process was tough and thorough, but in the end, all the effort paid off, and today I have the knowledge required to work as a coach. I use various techniques, depending on the challenging situations.

I can't go in details, but my last client had problems at work, and she was thinking to find another one. In the first session, she came to realization that she actually need to remind herself about her strength. She felt really relieved, I could very sense that. And that's why I chose being a coach. We celebrated together the feeling of freedom again.

I have been told that my emotional intelligence is at a genius level, which makes empathy come naturally to me in all the challenging situations my clients face. Creating a space filled with privacy and trust is of the utmost importance to me.

I work under EMCC Standards and Ethics. The European Mentoring and Coaching Council is one of the largest international coaching organizations, and it is now also active in the USA under EMCC USA.

Since 2024, I have been the owneer of Idea Optimum Agency, registered in the EU, Croatia (the homeland of Luka Modrić and Nikola Tesla – though sometimes disputed by our neighbors in Serbia :), Dubrovnik, etc.).
