About Me

As a Career Transition Coach, people often ask me, "Does career transition coaching really work?" – Absolutely yes. Over the past few years, I have helped people with career transitions and general career and life challenges, helping them achieve work-life balance.

Many problems affected work performance and confidence in decision-making, often due to a lack of direction, financial stress, fear of the unknown, brain fog, low confidence in clients’ capabilities, and a low level of preparedness during job transitions.

I enjoy helping my clients see the big picture and supporting them in gaining new insights that enable them to lose the weight on their shoulders and improve their overall quality of life.

Creating a space filled with privacy and trust is of the utmost importance to me. I have been told that my emotional intelligence is at a genius level, which makes empathy come naturally to me in all the challenging situations my clients face.

I graduated from Elevate School in Zagreb, a school licensed by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (European Quality Award – EQA Foundation), and you can find me in the EMCC directory listed as an EMCC-licensed coach.

I can’t go into details, but my last client had problems at work and was considering finding another job. In the first session, she came to the realization that she actually needed to remind herself of her own strengths. She felt really relieved, got clarity and motivation — I could truly sense that. And that’s why I chose to become a coach. We celebrated together the feeling of freedom again.

Since 2024, I have been the owner of Idea Optimum Agency, registered in the EU, Croatia.
