About Me

In 2016, I became a widow very suddenly at the age of 37. Feeling the full weight of grief crashing down upon me, I found my purpose in supporting others who are grieving. I am a certified grief coach and also have Bachelors degree in Christian Studies and am completing my Masters degree in Thanatology (the study of death, dying and grief). I have experience assisting the grieving community in environments such as funeral homes, hospices, churches and nonprofits.

I use the B.R.E.A.T.H.E framework to help co-create goals for you that are measurable and tangible. In my program you will learn tools for processing difficult emotions, coping skills, and tools to help you regain your peace, figure out who you are, and feel confident in the process of moving forward through grief! I will teach you how to fight with your grief, not against it as we work to rebuild a life after loss.
