About Me

My approach to coaching is deeply rooted in curiosity, connection, and the belief that true transformation arises when we honor the entirety of our human experience—mind, body, and spirit. My journey began with a challenging childhood that propelled me toward a lifelong exploration of healing, meaning, and personal growth. Over 25 years ago, I discovered the transformative potential of psychedelics, and their ability to catalyze deep self-awareness and change has shaped both my personal and professional life.

Through formal training in health coaching, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and psychotherapeutic modalities like Internal Family Systems and polyvagal theory, I’ve developed an approach that blends time-honored wisdom with modern techniques. Yet, my greatest teacher has been life itself—the lessons learned from navigating my own struggles, becoming a parent, and reconnecting with nature have profoundly influenced my practice.

I believe that our greatest wounds can become sources of wisdom, and our most vulnerable moments can lead to profound strength.
