About Me

Drawing from a background in starting and growing my own successful businesses, I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience to help other businesses succeed.

My management career began early, when I became General Manager of a leading wholesale supply company at the age of twenty-five. Since then, I’ve grown multiple businesses, successfully exited three businesses and today work with business owners across New Zealand and Australia through Grumley+Company.

I advise more than 200 businesses across different industries and stages of growth, providing advice, plans, strategy and structure to help business owners navigate growth, transformation and long-term value creation.

My approach combines first-hand business experience with a coaching framework developed through my MBA at Warwick Business School in the UK. I bring commercial clarity, structured thinking and experienced perspective to the decisions that shape long-term business success.
