I am Trinayani (Tri) an ICF certified Organisational Coaching Practitioner and NLP Classic Code & New Code Practitioner for Coaching Excellence. My coaching journey started when I moved countries for the first time, experiencing a transformation that impacted my life like never before. A journey that made me pause, reflect, pivot, and evolve.

In life, we often face challenges and transitions that push us to rediscover ourselves and embark on new beginnings. It was during this transformative period that I experienced a loss of identity, but also discovered the incredible power that lies within. This journey made me realise that even if we are enough there is always more to us than we give ourselves credit for.
