About Me
I like talking to entrepreneurs about their business, but more than that, I love sharing my knowledge and helping them achieve real results, fast. If you know your business could use a super-charge, but you're feeling a little lost or over-whelmed on how to go about it, I'm here for you.
As an entrepreneur you work harder than anyone to make ends meet so of course you want to be sure I can provide the coaching you're looking for.
I began my career at Ernst & Young and EDS Corporation, where I specialized in the Information Technology and Business Process Outsourcing industries. At EDS I worked with multiple cross-functional teams to lead the review and integration of the global inter-company accounting processes across 38 countries and 3 lines of business.
Prior to launching my own consulting business in 2007, I worked for Protiviti Canada, assisting clients with operational reviews, internal control design and the establishment of corporate governance departments. My technical background in accounting and information systems auditing, gives me a unique ability to understand complex business and IT operations and provide practical, integrated solutions that transcends industries.
In addition to building a consulting practice I have also launched and sold two local businesses, an organic beauty salon & spa and a social event management company. My personal entrepreneurial experience led to the publication of my best selling book on Amazon "Smart Marketing for Local Businesses" and the creation of business toolkits and online training programs for entrepreneurs.
After reading all this, you may be worried that I seem to have no formal coaching qualifications, have no fear. I am a certified Strategic Intervention Coach with the Robbins-Madanes Center. I'll admit it, I'm a total Tony Robbins fan and yup, I walked across fire at his UPW event! It was epic :)
