Uchenna Anene, RN, BSN, NC-BC
I’m a Board-Certified Nurse Coach and Registered Nurse with over 5 years of clinical experience in med-surg care, VA systems, and rehabilitation settings. I’m also the founder of Providence Health & Wellness Coaching, where I help high-performing adults build psychological fitness—the ability to navigate life with emotional strength, clarity, and resilience.

Through my 1:1 coaching program, I guide clients in developing tools to regulate emotions, bounce back from challenges, think more clearly, and improve their relationships. My approach is holistic, client-centered, and deeply grounded in empathy.
