About Me

Hello,
My name is Vala and l am a mindset coach and what l teach in my coaching is the same methods that l used to save my life years back.
I was very unhappy and lost in life, didn't know what l wanted to do with my life, why l was here and what my purpose was. And then l got very sick and it just got worse and worse over many years. The doctors couldn't help me, they had no idea what was wrong with me and they sent me home to prepare for the worst.
I was just skin and bones, couldn't eat, sleep work or do anything, could barely walk and was always fainting. And had all those aches and pains in my body every day. I was stuck in a nightmare that l couldn't get out of.
And then one day l decided that l wanted to live, l was too young to die and had a long bucket list of things that l wanted to do!
And l didn't just decide to live, but to live the most amazing life that l could dream of!
So l took my life into my own hands and started to research. The breakthrough came when l started to study the mind and the brain. I realized that our life is controlled by our mindset and our thinking.
So by changing my mindset l not only healed my body but every area of my life too.
I found my purpose in life and that is to help others to change what they want to change and live their most amazing life.
I know now how to achieve all my goals and dreams and love to teach others to do the same.
It doesn't matter what the goal is, it is the same methods that are used, as long as we know how to and work on it, it will change all areas of our life for the better.
Now l am healthy, happy, doing what l love everyday, which is helping others live their best life too. And l have so many new exiting hobbies and went to school and learn to become a glacer guide and a tour guide and also yoga teacher.
