About Me

Hi, I am Valentina. I am an over ten-years neuroscientist working with patients suffering from neurodegenerative disorders, and a developmental and clinical psychologist.
Since a few years, I found my love for coaching and helping people through barriers, unlocking their full potential, and guiding them in transitioning from where they are to where they truly want to be.
Considering my background as a researcher in neuroscience and my experience as a psychologist, I am now dedicated to sharing these practical and mental strategies to help people develop self-esteem and problem-solving skills, and find clarity and balance in their lives.​
