Valerie is a faith-based, trauma-informed life coach with over five years of experience in inner healing and 5 years of coaching experience. Certified through multiple programs, she specializes in helping Christian women overcome fear, insecurity, and limiting beliefs so they can confidently step into their God-given purpose.

With a deep understanding of trauma responses, emotional healing, and mindset transformation, Valerie provides a safe, Holy Spirit-led space for women to break free from past wounds, improve relationships, and make empowered decisions. She believes that true clarity and confidence come from within—sometimes, they just need the right guidance to be revealed.
