About Me

For 15 years I worked inside organizations in HR and Talent Development, across Ireland, the UK and India. I've built teams from 1 to 300+, and I've walked with a company from 300 people down to zero. I've been in the room when things were growing faster than anyone could manage, and in the room when everything was ending.

What stayed with me from both was the same thing: watching capable, committed people quietly carry far more than anyone could see. The overthinking that starts at 11pm. The decisions that pile up until none of them feel possible. The version of yourself that's always performing and never resting.

I've lived it too. I've been made redundant twice. I've rebuilt more than once. Each time I came out clearer about who I am and what I'm here for, and that's not something I read in a book. So I pivoted.

Today I work one-to-one with women who are mentally exhausted on the inside. Together we untangle the overthinking, reduce the decision load, and rebuild the internal clarity that lets you lead from strength instead of adrenaline.

My work combines three things: 15 years of real organisational experience, evidence-based tools from psychology and leadership research, and ICF-certified coaching methodology backed by LCP 360° assessment.
