About Me

I am an engineer by education and a multi-faceted professional by choice. I have donned different hats during my IT career that took me across the globe working in different countries, cultures and industries. I have diverse corporate experience and a successful track record in leading complex business initiatives and growing organizational capabilities.
My people skills are a huge asset here - because I have the ability to establish a rapport with professionals and challenge them in the direction of positive change without making them feel threatened, defensive or resistant to it.

During my professional journey, I have gone through many transitions myself (both personal and professional) and have also mentored several managers through their role transitions. I understand the challenges leaders face in the ever changing business environment and understand how daunting it can sometimes become to handle all this and more. It is this combination of experience and empathy that helps me to nurture and mentor you to be a dynamic and caring leader.
I am not a geek, but am a problem solver and enjoy solving problems by the efficient use of technologies and the right alignment of teams. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than to work with people in helping them tap into their true passion and unleash their full potential. People I have worked with say that I bring out the best in others around me. Being a people person has also helped me enjoy the process of growing while mentoring and coaching others.
