I am the CEO of Painting Resume Profiles – a workforce and career consultancy based in Toronto.
a certified workforce and career development professional with National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP). He specializes in labour market integration of recent graduates, training new and existing employees for optimal performance on the job. I possess functional expertise and industry experience in areas of Adult Education, Human Resources, Career Coaching and Life Skills education. I spent many years delivering employment coaching and training in the government, private and non-profit sectors
I am the holder of a Master’s Degree in Adult Education, bachelors in Human Resources Management and Sociology. My philosophy of coaching is decidedly transformative and is shaped by self-reflection, client feedback, peer evaluation and engagement with scholarly literature. My training strategies are practical, impactful and guaranteed to impact positively on the bottom-line
