About Me

Hi, I am Business HR Head turned an Entrepreneur, Human Capital Consultant, Coach (Entrepreneurs, Career & Life), Facilitator & Scholar with 15 years Strong Business HR experience spanning multi industry, multi roles across HR value chain in Industry. I was Head HR India with leading US MNC and later with a leading Group in India & worked with CEOs, Board Members. He managed HR services for around 25,000 employees’ base in his Corporate HR Career. Yet, my strong thrive for actualizing and maximization my Passion, Expertise and Dream in life – Maximizing Human Resources / Capital for Value took a shape. Thus, he co founded HR Guru, a group Company of SHRI OM GURU ENTERPRISES is a Human Capital firm maximizes Human Capital for Competitive Advantage through Business Transformation, Propelling Sales, Cost optimization, Capability Building & Laying Systemic Foundation for Business Growth and Skill Development since 2011. I am a passionate coach all thru. HR Guru promise to enterprises and CEOs has been that “what got you there won’t get you there and Business Value thru maximising Human Capital gets you there where you desire & beyond”. HR Guru serves clients ranging from MNCs, Public Ltd Companies to SMEs spanning Manufacturing and Service Industries in India. I am a scholar on “Strategies for Skill Development for MSMEs sector” for the past 4 years with JNTU, teaches in various Universities of repute in India besides career counseling. He holds Green Belt in Lean Sigma & Project Management besides other certificates. I did my MBA (HR) from TISS, Mumbai and currently pursuing PhD from a reputed University. I did certification course on Coaching & Counseling; attended national & international workshop on career life coaching
