Vera is a tremendous coach. Shes knowledgeable, caring, professional, an excellent communicator, takes her job seriously and has so many tools available to personalize her coaching to each client and provide what they need. I am so grateful and feel truly blessed to have her help.

The universe led me to Vera after a devastating and life changing diagnosis and surgery at 44 years old. At time where my life was near perfect; comfortable, full and complete. Then turned upside down in a spit second; from stay at home Mom and wife to not knowing if I would survive and when I did how I will continue to live my best life. After filling my days, weeks and months with every type of therapy and support I could find; not feeling any of it would ever bring me back from the parallel universe I was locked in. There was Vera, at the right time, with the right energy. Her kind and loving words, the way she is connected and hears what my soul is requesting and needs to reconnect with this body and the world it is part of. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found Vera. She is much more than a supportive yoga instructor. She is a real and loving advocate and teacher for my souls journey. Vera is a gift. For all that you are I am grateful

I highly recommend Vera for her yoga instruction and life coaching. Vera is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of yoga and is excellent at guiding one through even the most difficult yoga sequences. Her sequences flow extremely well and she adeptly connects the poses with ones mindfulness and breath. And in every class she provides words of encouragement, insight and wisdom and especially in her Yin and Yoga Nidra classes which leave me with a deep sense of calm and hope . I always feel very connected and present after one of Veras classes. Through her life coaching she provides strong empathy with whats going on in my life which allows me to see a hopeful path forward no matter how chaotic and stressful things may be.

I've attended four coaching sessions with Vera now and I cannot say enough about how grateful I am. Compared to other coaching experiences I've had in the past, Vera masterfully weaves in yoga and meditation into her coaching sessions. Her holistic approach to wellness and non-judgmental appreciative inquiry of getting to the root of what is holding me back from reaching my goals is what I have come to greatly appreciate. The sessions feel intentional and actionable, and the opportunity to incorporate some movement, breathwork, and meditation into the sessions feels so right. The action plans we work through feel realistic and manageable, and I leave each session feeling heard, my body rejuvenated, my mind motivated. Thank you Vera!!
