About Me

I have been in the HR field for 33 years (19 years as a consultant, starting with Ernst & Young) and then 14 years as Chief HR Officer for three high growth companies. I am a certified Master Trainer and have trained, developed, mentored and coaced more than 5,500 leaders. My focus is on helping leaders achieve breakthrough results through a program I have developed called "Leadership Excellence through Energy Management" using a powerful assessment tool called Energy Leadership based on the best selling book by the same title. I have implemented HR best practices at more than 35 Fortune 500 companies and have learned from the best including Marshall Goldsmith (who has coached 120 Fortune 100 CEOs).
