About Me

Hey there, let me introduce myself. My name is Victoria Onken, and I’m a sustainable relationship coach. My path to becoming a relationship coach has been anything but conventional. It all started with a career as an art director, a role that taught me the art of communication in both verbal and visual forms. As an art director, I learned how to convey ideas from a brand to consumers effectively. This early experience laid the foundation for my deep understanding of the importance of communication.

As the years unfolded, my environment played an increasingly significant role in shaping my aspirations. I found myself drawn to the world of sustainable brands, where the focus was on the longevity of products and their impact on the environment. This led me to reflect on the concept of sustainability in a broader sense, particularly in the realm of relationships. Are our connections with others truly sustainable, and what does that mean for our well-being?

Simultaneously, my personal life underwent a profound transformation. My husband and I delved into the exploration of alternative relationship structures, guided by a growing collection of books on communities and unconventional ways of relating. This journey led us into the realm of polyamory. In the years that followed, filled with both bumps and bruises along the way, I dedicated myself to extensive training and personal growth.

Today, I find myself in a unique position to help others craft their own ‘sustainable’ relationships. Whether it’s navigating the complexities of dating, embracing monogamy, exploring polyamory, or choosing the path of solo living, my mission is to support you in discovering what’s right for YOU. Free from the pressures of societal norms, family expectations, or religious constraints, I believe that by learning to communicate effectively and staying true to yourself, you can create a satisfying and enduring relationship that aligns with your authentic desires.
