How did I decide to become a Life & Performance Coach?
Since an early age I’ve been connecting closely with people and I kept on asking ‘how can we make our lives better?’ Mine and everyone else’s.

Our experiences define us, and we have a treasure of resources within, with our potential asking to be fed, to release it, just like an orchestra, we are harmonizing internal structures to performing at our best.
I’ve started exploring my limits, getting closer to people, discovering the ‘user’s manual’ of the being, amplifying my passion to support you on the journey towards optimum potential.

Now you can ask me ‘why choosing to do this Vlad?’ For making the world a better place we want to live in, assuming our full responsibility for the actions we take.

With a wealth of experience and a curiosity for life, I have been working in legal field in Bucharest and London, sales, before dedicating my past 5 years to facilitating training courses, non-formal education, Taoist Medicine, Coaching and NLP.

I trained in the UK with NLP Dynamics, assisted NLP and coaching training for 1 year.
Autumn 2016 finds me studying with Stephen Molnar the EU NLP Institute in Munich, where I did my NLP master practitioner, starting a mentor-ship and close collaboration with Stephen in the areas of NLP, coaching and hypnosis to continuously develop and improve my practice.
