Best Year Yet is a powerful tool that continues to keep me accountable to my personal and life goals. I often get caught up in the demands and stressors of and given day and forget what I claim is important to me. Goal setting and priority actualization have assisted me in carving out time for the invaluable things in my life that I continually neglect. Procrastination is fought by BYY’s monthly feedback that measures my performance. Too often will something jog my memory and remind me of a task or ambition that I have yet to fulfill or seek out. BYY is a new beginning for me. I currently have goals that I will accomplish, metrics to determine my success, and a relentless accountability system. I am confident that my life is going to continue to be enriched by this program.

I have been working with Wanda Peyton for years in a Real Estate office, she has always brought a background of strong work ethics to the industry. I do not even know where to start other than Wanda is just am amazing person inside and outward. During my years of knowing Wanda I have experienced a situation to where I felt hopeless, I contacted Wanda and began to work with her directly on my motivation and mindset. I knew If I did not get come kinda of coaching and with my booming business I was going to sink. I felt exhausted. I began coaching with Wanda two times a week during my situation to recovery. Wanda helped me learn how to manage my emotional energy, my mindset and how to make shift right on the spot. I have recommended Wanda to many other colleagues in my industry that also feel the same way as I do about her motivation to help others. It has been over a year since I have been coaching with Wanda and I can tell you, I look at life and my business so much differently. With the day to day challenges we have, both personally and in our business I recommend that we all have some sort of support to stay focus and on track. I find it hard to really capture in words all that Wanda Peyton has done both professionally and personally in my life.
