About Me

Many professionals spend years becoming dependable, capable, and trusted by everyone around them. They quietly carry teams, support leadership, solve problems, and consistently deliver results.

Yet despite their capability, many still find themselves: holding back in important rooms, under-positioned professionally, hesitant to fully own their voice, or struggling to lead with the level of confidence, emotional intelligence, and visibility they truly desire.

My work helps leaders break those patterns.

Through leadership coaching, training, and speaking, I help emerging and mid-level leaders strengthen their executive presence, communicate with greater authority, navigate courageous conversations, and become more visible leaders without sacrificing their values, authenticity, or well-being.

This work is grounded in 34 years of experience in education as a teacher leader, counselor, and assistant principal. Having spent decades navigating complex human dynamics, leading through organizational change, and counseling individuals through pivotal transitions, I understand deeply what it takes to build emotional intelligence and resilient leadership.

I believe leadership is not about becoming louder or performative.

It’s about becoming more fully expressed.
