About Me

I'm a Certified Health and Life Coach, and a Professional Counsellor (RPC-C), who has a passion for helping people of all ages navigate the more difficult and challenging aspects of life. I have a BA in Psychology, a Diploma in Applied Psychology and Counselling, certifications in both Health and Life Coaching, as well as additional education and/or certificates in CBT, Attachment Theory, and Personality Systems.
I utilize multiple therapeutic approaches in my practice, and have a holistic philosophy believing each person is unique and deserves individualized treatment and goal-setting.
My personal approach, and number one priority is to empathically listen, form a connection with my clients built on trust, and provide a warm, safe and non-judgmental environment where they feel accepted and comfortable talking about whatever is on their mind. My goal is to help my clients build self-awareness, and from there collaboratively explore solutions to the challenges they face. I help them understand their patterns of self-limiting beliefs, and then help them move into a more empowered state of mind.
I am the mother of 2 wonderful teenage girls, and love to spend time on our beautiful North Shore trails, or enjoying a meal with friends and family.
